Working with Ashley is a beautiful experience. In particular, having her a part of my yoga retreat was a gift that went far beyond the images she captured throughout. Ashley listened in to my intentions and desires, and at the same time brought her creative wisdom and skills. I truly can't recommend Ashley enough! She has more than an eye for a stunning image, she's able to capture the whole experience of being in a moment like no one I've ever seen before.
Ashley photographs my retreats, and we've done lifestyle shoots together to create content for a friend's fashion line. What I love is witnessing how she dissolves awkward feeling/insecurity in real women (who do not model) and turns lifestyle shoots into an opportunity for empowerment, newfound confidence and fun!
It also takes a very skilled, sensitive person with an understanding of yoga retreats in order to come in and capture candid moments without it being disruptive. Given her background as a certified yoga teacher, she's able to float around the room like a butterfly and saves snaps for just the right moment without it becoming a distraction.
